I met a lady at an awards banquet for Keep Norfolk Beautiful that says in her village in France, their recycling truck is pulled by a horse and people have really increased recycling because they like to go out and see the horse.
She also said that gardeners scramble to pick up any manure that may be dropped for their organic gardens! Probably French Hipsters.
